The Institutional Challenge

As a major player in energy and ecological transition in the Aude region, Syaden needed a website reflecting its technical expertise and public service role. The main challenge was to centralize a large volume of complex information (public lighting, networks, electric mobility) while making it easily accessible to two distinct audiences: local authorities (elected officials) and users.

The Deployed Solution

Together with the Studio Defacto agency, we worked on a clear, responsive, and secure information platform:

• Information Architecture (UX): Creation of a simplified site map to navigate smoothly between the syndicate's various competencies and documentary resources.
• Institutional Design: A modern, clean, and reassuring interface, respecting public communication codes while integrating strict digital accessibility standards.
• CMS Integration & Document Management: Implementation of a custom back-office allowing the syndicate's teams to easily update news, public procurement tenders, and downloadable documents.
• Local SEO Optimization: Organic search strategy focused on territorial and institutional keywords to guarantee optimal visibility for municipality searches.
