The Challenge

To face increased competition and reduce dependency on third-party platforms (Booking, Expedia), Kosy Apparthôtels needed to rethink its digital strategy. The main challenge was to provide a frictionless user journey, allowing students and traveling professionals to easily find and book their residence from any device.

The Solution

Together with the Defacto agency, we implemented a custom web solution designed for performance and conversion:

• Integration of a booking engine (API) synchronized in real-time with their property management system.

• Complete technical restructuring to boost local SEO for each residence across France.
