The Challenge

The fiscal consulting firm Gestions La Peguera had a dual objective: to attract a demanding B2B clientele with a digital showcase inspiring trust, but above all, to digitize and simplify file tracking for its existing clients (company creation, residency, etc.). It was necessary to offer total transparency on administrative processes that are often long and complex.

The Solution

I designed a complete digital ecosystem divided into two main areas:

• A conversion-oriented showcase site: Redesigned information architecture, premium corporate design, and integration of a contact funnel for lead qualification.
• A custom Client Extranet: Development of a dedicated and secure login area for clients.
• Real-time Timeline Generation: Creation of a personalized tracking tool where each client can instantly view the progress of their administrative procedures in the form of an interactive timeline.
• Performance & SEO: Optimization of technical performance and SEO to ensure maximum visibility in the Andorran market.
• Explanatory Video Library: Provision of a dedicated space grouping videos by themes and issues, allowing clients to be guided step-by-step in understanding their procedures.
